Biographical Sketch:
Ann Tarrant received a Ph.D. in Oceanography from the University of Hawaii, where she studied estrogens in reef-building corals. She is currently an Associate Scientist in the Biology Department at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. She is broadly interested in the evolution and diversification of hormonal signaling in marine animals, nuclear receptor signaling, and cnidarian physiology.
