  • Thyroid nodules are a common clinical concern and differentiated thyroid cancer is becoming increasingly prevalent. A large amount of new information and evidence grading processes has become available since the 2009 guidelines prompting the ATA to develop new and updated evidence-based recommendations to assist in the clinical management of patients with thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer.
